Q. So i've only had this phone for about 5 months and it doesn't even work anymore. It won't make calls it just hangs up when i try to, it doesn't register people calling me even thought it's ringing on their end AND i don't get service bars hardly anywhere anymore. but I did when i first got it... What is going on with this phone? I also can't find it on ANY selling phones website, it's like it never existed O_O if anyone is having the same problem or has any answers please let me know.
A. The Samsung Galaxy Precedent has ALWAYS been a crap phone, from the day it was released, until the present.
That said, a reset of the phone may end up being a short term reprieve of the issues you are having.

So my phone is really slow and i don't know why i only have 2 apps that i have downloaded that doesnt come on the phone its 2 games. and i dont know why its so slow and i text my boyfriend alot and sometimes i wont get his messages and he wont get mine also it freezes and gets hot alot and i use the required charger. does anyone know how i could fix these problems?
A. Try to move your games to your Micro SD card and only use 1 app at a time you have a low end Android cell phone make sure to close the app after you are done with it or your phone may have some thing rung with it. the girl that lives with me has a Samsung T528G straight talk cell phone and it does the same thing she cant ever get her voice mail. try going with att or boost
Can I switch my Samsung Galaxy Precedent phone to Verizon?
Q. I have the Samsung Galaxy Precedent running off of straight talk with walmart. It runs on Sprint towers, and i have no service. Is switching it up possible at all? Or at least to switch from the phone running off of Sprint towers to Verizon towers? PLEASE HELLLLLP wah.
A. Straight Talk now offers a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim that runs off of Verizon towers. If your phone is under 30 days old you can take your phone to Wal-Mart and exchange it for a different model phone. If your phone is over 30 days old you could buy the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim from Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart.com, or Straight Talk.com and sell your current phone on E-bay to get some of your money back.
