Q. If it does not please say what app market it does support. Also it would be nice if u could rank it 1-10 thank you!!!!
A. It run thousands of android apps, but it's amazon's android marketplace that it uses.
You can get a good deal on the kindle fire here:
http://www.shoppersource.net/goto/kindle_fire
I would have to rate it a 9-10 compared to everything else out there.. nothing else really even compares.
Not only can you run thousands of apps, but it's one of the only tablet devices that supports flash (for youtube streaming etc) - not even the ipad supports flash!
Lastly you'll have access to amazons growing collection of movies, music and ebooks - including free library rentals.
The only major con I have read about the fire is it doesn't have a memory expansion slot, but I don't think it's really a problem. It's true there is no expansion slot, but you have pretty much unlimited access to storage space on the amazon cloud. So you just store your favorite things on the fire locally, and then store the optional stuff on your cloud space, which you can stream for free right onto your fire as long as your in wifi range.
For under $200 it's a crazy deal really.
Is the "Amazon Kindle Fire" flash supported?
Q. Details, and such would be appreciated.
A. Hello Faried, indeed Kindle Fire (the same as Nook Color or Nook Tablet) are Android tablets thus they all support Flash. However, Kindle Fire has been getting pretty bad reviews though as users report that it runs hot to touch, video playback is jerky, touch screen is not responsive and it takes 2-3 touches to register, power button placement is very poor and is prone to accidental power off, all the hype of Silk browser is not true where the browsing is actually slower than on other Android tablets, Wi-Fi connection gives a lot of trouble to users on it, etc.
You might want to consider Nook Tablet - it's been getting rave reviews and it is the best device in it's class - much better than Kindle Fire. It's got Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Angry Brids, etc., the best battery life (30% better than Fire), the best non-glare laminated screen (vs. very reflective non-laminated Fire screen), double the RAM and space for apps/photos/movies, microSD slot, a microphone for Skype, and physical volume controls on the side (neither of those is on Kindle Fire), very smooth video playback with excellent screen, and very fast apps load.
Does a Kindle Fire 7" support e-textbooks?
Q. I was considering getting a kindle fire and I will be using it for e-textbooks, along with my laptop. I was wondering if a 7" one will support e-textbooks as I know the 8.9" one does.
A. The Kindle Fire does support E-Textbooks. E-Textbooks are supported on the Kindle Fire 7 and on the iPad, Android Tablets, PC or Mac using the free Kindle App.
